Meaning—Beyond the knowledge of the Svara the flow of breath through the nostrils, there is no deeper mystery, no greater treasure, and no higher knowledge ever witnessed or recorded in tradition. || 21 ||

By the power of the breath, one may defeat enemies; by the breath, one meets with friends; by the power of the breath, wealth is attained; and by the power of the breath, fame and happiness are secured. || 22 ||

Meaning—Securing a bride for marriage, meeting with royalty, attaining the perfection of divine powers, and bringing a Kshitipa a protector of the earth, i.e., a King or Governor under one's control—all these are accomplished through the breath. || 23 ||

By the breath, one travels to foreign lands; by the power of the breath, one eats; and by the power of the breath, one regulates the discharge of urine and excrement. || 24 ||
Meaning—It is by the strength of the breath that Deshatana traveling or wandering through different countries is successful, and by the breath's power that food is consumed. Even the timing of Laghushanka urination and the elimination of waste are governed by the power of the breath. || 24 ||
