There is no higher principle Tattva; the fundamental essence or reality than the knowledge of the breath Swaragyana; the science of the flow of breath through the nostrils, O beautiful-faced one. || 25 ||
Meaning— All the scriptures, the ancient histories Puranas, the traditional laws Smritis, and the limbs of the Vedas—none of these contain a truth that surpasses the knowledge of the breath. || 25 ||
All names and forms are false, a mere delusion among all things.
The foolish are deluded by ignorance as long as this true principle is not realized. || 26 ||
Meaning— As long as one does not possess the knowledge of this principle, all names and forms remain a false illusion, and the infatuation of foolish people persists only until this realization. || 26 ||
This Science of the Rise of Breath Swarodaya Shastra is the highest among all excellent scriptures.
It is like the flame of a lamp for the purpose of illuminating the vessel of the soul. || 27 ||
Meaning— This Swarodaya scripture is the best among all the greatest sciences; it acts like a small lamp-bud wick to bring light to the "pot" that is the human soul. || 27 ||
It should not be revealed to just anyone merely for the sake of answering a question. Therefore,
this must be understood by oneself, for oneself, within one's own self. || 28 ||
Meaning— This knowledge of breath should not be told to just anyone who asks a casual question; rather, it should be realized by one's own intellect within one's own body for one's own benefit. || 28 ||
There is no concern for the lunar day Tithi, nor the constellations Nakshatra, nor the day of the week, nor the planets or deities.
Neither is there any ill effect from the "Vishti" an inauspicious astrological period, "Vyatipata," or "Vaidhriti" specific astronomical conjunctions considered unlucky. || 29 ||
Meaning— In this practice of Swarodaya, there are no defects or obstructions caused by the lunar date, constellations, weekdays, planets, deities, or inauspicious astrological timings like Bhadra, Vyatipata, or Vaidhriti. || 29 ||
