Meaning— The Samana wind resides in the region of the navel, the Udana in the middle of the throat, and the Vyana wind pervades the whole body. These ten winds are the primary ones.

Meaning— A wise person should understand the manifest circulation of the life-breath within the body specifically through these three channels: the Ida the left channel, the Pingala the right channel, and the Sushumna the central channel. || 48 ||
