The Treatise of Sage Uromarishi

Because of my mastery in Vadham Alchemy, specifically the transformation of base metals into gold, I have sung of all the paths within five hundred verses to protect humanity. The saintly Thirumoolar a legendary Tamil Siddha and author of the Thirumandhiram hid his specific scripture within his cave. To equal that, I have spoken of these fifty verses here. This is the ascending path. If you look upon this with deceit or trickery in your heart, your progress will wither away. Purify the gold and see it transformed into a solid essence. (21)

Take one Panam a traditional unit of weight, roughly 488mg of that Guru the prepared alchemical catalyst and apply it as a coating. Grind the leaves of Brahmi Bacopa monnieri, a herb used for cognitive health and wrap it as a Kavasam an herbal "armor" or casing used during incineration. If you place it properly in a Kukkuta-putam a traditional Siddha kiln firing method using roughly 50 cow-dung cakes, it will become a Parpam a refined medicinal ash without losing its golden luster. Do not wander about in a daze! Take this with Triphala a famous herbal formula of three fruits: Haritaki, Bibhitaki, and Amla powder for one Mandalam a cycle of 48 days. Internal heat, Kshaya tuberculosis or wasting disease, internal piles, intestinal disorders, gastritis, and spleen ailments will all vanish into the sea. (22)

Take a solid lump of silver and purify it with Gagana-neer literally "sky-water," referring to either rainwater or a specific mercurial liquid in alchemy. Apply one weight of the stable Guru onto it. Grind the Tharumeeni likely the plant Acalypha indica, known in Tamil as Kuppaimeni and wrap it as a casing. When subjected to the heat of the Kukkuta kiln, the impurities will vanish like water. Do not forget the ritual worship; it brings great merit. If one has taken this physical form, they should not be enslaved by the effects of past karma. I speak these remedies with absolute certainty. I speak now of the Sanjeevi Leghyam a "life-restoring" herbal jam or electuary. If consumed for one cycle of forty-eight days, the eyes will not dim with age. I declare that intestinal winds will not rise, and the wasting of the bones and eruptions of the skin will never occur. There will be no graying of the hair, nor any imbalance of the bile. No? disease shall ever remain, and the various forms of Megham? a category of 21 metabolic and urinary disorders, including diabetes will be gone.
