Speak of it—hammer thin sheets of Ayam iron. Cleanse them thoroughly in either urine or fruit juice. Take exactly one Panavidai a traditional unit of weight, approximately 488mg of the Turusu-Guru an alchemical catalyst prepared from blue vitriol/copper sulfate along with Soodasandhanai a preparation likely involving camphor and sandalwood and coat it onto the sheets. Wrap this in a Kavasam a medicinal herbal casing or "armor" of castor leaves. When placed in a kiln, it will be expertly transformed into ash within the pot. Oh, behold and praise the greatness of this method! (24)

This stable Loka Parpam refined metal ash, specifically iron-based here, O noble one—if you consume it with Karisalai Legiyam a herbal jam made from Eclipta prostrata, traditionally used for liver and blood health during both the sun and the moon original: "paruthi mathi," meaning morning and evening, then anemia and piles will all fly away.
