When Jupiter Jiva is in a harsh sign a zodiac sign ruled by a malefic planet like Mars or Saturn, and the lord of the fifth house the house of children is considered harsh; when the lord of the tenth house career and the lord of the ascendant the self are harsh and situated in harsh houses || 19 || and the lord is aspected by Mars or Saturn, then that combination is indeed the Combination of Splendor Vibhava Yoga. In a previous life, service was performed at ancient holy sites tirthas and to sages repeatedly. || 20 || By that merit, he shall have happiness, be wealthy, and honored by kings. He will be fair-complexioned, restless, a good speaker, virtuous, soft-spoken, and wise. || 21 || He will be a donor in many places and treat friends and enemies equally. However, he shall have no offspring, or if born, they shall not live. || 22 || Having taken on the stain of a virtuous woman likely referring to a curse resulting from offending a chaste woman, he is struck down by a Curse of a Brahmin Brahma-shapa.

Bhrigu said:
A brass vessel weighing five palas a traditional unit of weight should be taken, and within it, a circle mandala should be made. || 24 || An image of the virtuous woman Sati should be fashioned, and before it, the prayer should be performed. One should chant the seed-syllable Bija-mantra of Lord Padmanabha Vishnu ten thousand times. The previous rites should be performed along with the aforementioned method. || 25 || Then a gift should be made: fifteen pieces of gold, six pieces of silver, and beautiful? divine clothes for an excellent woman. || 26 || This has been told by me, O Son; it should be assigned at the end of the prayer. After the woman's menstrual cycle, an offering arghya should be given to the Sun. || 27 || Five cows with their calves should be given to Brahmins during the rite. A fast on Tuesday the day of Mars must be observed; this is stated as certain. || 28 || A Mars Yantra Bhauma-yantra; a geometric talisman should be worn on the side according to the rules. By this gift and treatment, offspring are certainly obtained. || 29 || The defect of children dying in infancy mritavatsatva-dosha is destroyed, and the young boy becomes long-lived. Therefore, the gift, worship, and the talisman yantra must be performed in truth. || 30 || Having heard this, everything should be done; one should not delay at all. By the following of that sin, one is born with a deficiency of reproductive fluid shukra-kusthi. || 33 || He is born with night-blindness, or as one with a chronic disease, or lacking virility. He will be a miser, prone to anger, and a source of grief to his son, wife, and friends. || 34 ||
