Section on Yogas

If the Sun original: "Seeyan" - the Lion/Sun and Rahu original: "Aravam" - the serpent are joined, and if the Lord of the Earth the Moon and the Lord of the 4th house the house of comforts are in the 4th house from each other, and if the Lord of the 2nd house wealth is also positioned in a quadrant (1, 4, 7, or 10), that person will be a great giver of charity and a king of kings. (24)

If the planets are placed in the 4th and 10th houses from each other, or in the houses immediately preceding or following the Ascendant Lagna, and if the Lord of the Ascendant is joined with the Moon and Rahu the serpent in a favorable position, the person will be a sweet-natured and powerful ruler. (25)

To say that a great Yoga auspicious combination exists, the Lords of the 1st, 4th, and 5th houses must be positioned in strength. If the Lord of the house where Rahu resides is in the 4th house, and if the Lord of the 10th house joins them, the person will enjoy singular comforts and become a king. (26)

Listen, you with eyes like honey-bees! To understand these Yogas clearly: if the powerful Moon, Venus Sukran, and Rahu are in the 5th or 9th houses the Konas, and if they are in their own houses or friendly signs, a great life of enjoyment will surely follow. (27)

If the Lord of the house where Jupiter the "Tiger of Virtue" resides is in a quadrant, and if the Lord of the 4th house and the Moon are in the 7th house, and if Rahu is in the 10th house from the Lord of the Ascendant, the person will become an Emperor Chakravarti who rules the world. (28)

If all nine planets are in friendly houses and placed in the 4th house from one another, they create a "Universal Empire Yoga." This person will rule over six vast nations with love and light, especially if the Lords of the 1st and 4th houses are joined. (29)

Listen, O wise one! If you wish to hear of the Yoga that brings the royal umbrella and the elephant symbols of sovereignty: if the King Sun, the Lord of Comforts Venus, the Moon, and Mercury Budha are all joined together in the 2nd or 11th house, it is a powerful Royal Yoga Raja Yoga: a combination indicating high status or political power. If the Sun and the Lord of the Ascendant are in the 4th house from each other, and the Lord of Fortune 9th house Lord is with them, and if Venus is in the 4th house from the Moon, this creates a Yoga where the person will own a thousand elephants.
