If the Lord of the fourth house is well-placed with benefic planets, and the Lord of the Ascendant is joined by auspicious planets, listen, O lady! Such a person will possess great splendor and be known as a truly fortunate soul.

And? Mercury is joyfully joined with wealth,

Then? [the person] shall undertake many successful journeys.
