If the Sun, Saturn, Moon, and Mars are situated in the fifth house at birth, the mother and the brother of the newborn will meet their end. 3
original: "యస్య జన్మ నిధిస్థా: స్యు: సూర్యార్క్ష్మేందు కుజాభిధా:..." - This Sanskrit verse identifies the specific planets causing the affliction.
If the Sun, Moon, Saturn, and Mars are in the fifth house the house associated with progeny and intelligence, death will occur for the mother and the brother of the person born under this sign.
Special Note: This combination (yoga) occurs only when there is no aspect astrological gaze or influence from benefic planets upon the aforementioned planets. The Moon is the significator of the mother Matrukaraka; if he is afflicted by malefic planets, he causes harm to the mother.
Mars in the ascendant, joined or aspected by malefics and without the aspect of benefics, or Mars in the eighth house along with or aspected by Saturn and the Sun, brings death. 4

If malefic planets are situated there or aspect that house, the merits of the previous life are diminished, leading to the death of the newborn.
