The results of the blood original: "Rakta-phala" are stated:
Regarding blood that is not the right red anaruna, or is too little or too much: "Anything other than a bright red original: "Aruna," the color of the dawn is considered improper." Specifically, if the blood is not the color of a red lotus, it is not considered auspicious. Elsewhere it is stated: "If the menses is the color of a red lotus shuka, she will be lucky and have sons. If it resembles the blood of a rabbit or lac-dye alaktaka, she will bear both sons and daughters. If it is variegated karbura, she may die; if it is yellowish-brown pingala, she will have dead offspring. If the blood is black krishna, the woman will become a widow." If the blood is only in droplets, she will be a loose woman; if there is very little blood, she will be of middle status; and if the blood is excessive, she will be unfortunate. In another text it says: "Red blood brings a son; black brings a dead son; foamy blood leads to barrenness; and pale/whitish blood pandura leads to 'crow-barrenness' a term for a woman who bears only one child in her life." If yellow, she is said to be unchaste; if the color of a Gunj-berry, she is lucky; if the color of vermilion sindura, she will have daughters. Such are the characteristics of the menstrual blood.

Regarding the others: In Bava, the woman will be barren or a widow. In Balava, she will have sons. In Kaulava, she will be a woman of pleasure. In Taitila, she will be respected and virtuous. In Gara, the woman is ruined or loses her offspring. In Vanija, she has no offspring. In Vishti, she is barren.
