Fear regarding the Constellations Nakshatra, Lunar Days Tithi, Days of the Week Vara, Half-Lunar Days Karana, the Ascendant Lagna, or the Astrological Hour Hora is removed. On these days, there is no fear of "burned days" dagdha-vasara; specific days in the Hindu calendar considered unlucky for starting new ventures, nor fear regarding travels or the cardinal directions.
There is no fear of the Sun's breath, nor of the work of insects or "bad deeds/disturbances", nor of the influence of Venus or the Moon. On whichever auspicious day, for those who are Knowers of the Breath Svaravida, the Breath is perfected and brings success. | 4 |
Ida the left energy channel is on the left side and is the Moon; Pingala the right energy channel is on the right and is the Sun. In the middle, one should recognize the auspicious place the Sushumna or central channel. These three paths have been thus declared.
