The Rise of the Essence of Breath

In gaining victory through music and instruments, in dance nṛte?, and in the study of scriptures and books; in helping others, in giving charity, and in the burial or placement of treasures: || 20 ||

On a path, in public life, in a dispute, or even when one is situated among wicked people; in relations with one's own kin or a master, the flow of the Moon original: "chandra-chāra"; refers to the breath flowing through the left nostril, known as Ida, associated with cooling and receptive energy is praised. || 21 ||

In the East, in the West, and in the North, those things which are known? should be directed through this knowledge. || 22 ||

At the time of a journey, during a marriage, when entering a city and so on—in all auspicious works, the flow of the Moon is praised. || 23 ||

In exercise, while sleeping, in cruel acts, in war, in coughing?, 4 in affairs? of fire, weapons, strikes, and whatever sinful deeds there are; || 24 ||

In the purchase of donkeys, camels, curd, and clothes; in riding swift vehicles; in crossing the sea, as well as great burning rivers; || 25 ||

Indeed, as long as the Right Channel original: "daksha-nāḍī"; refers to the breath flowing through the right nostril, known as Pingala, associated with heat, digestion, and physical aggression flows for [certain] Ghathi|A unit of time equal to 24 minutes, it is for making disputes, in war, and in the acts of bathing and eating. || 26 ||

In business, in fear, and in defeat, the Right [breath]...
