In this regard, if the Tenth Day Sanskrit: daśamī is present at sunrise, the Eleventh Day is considered "Pierced" Sanskrit: viddhā; meaning it is overlapped or contaminated by the preceding day; otherwise, it is "Pure" Sanskrit: śuddhā.
