Now, another combination: If the Lord of the Sixth House Shasthesha: The planet ruling the house of enemies and disease is situated in the Ascendant the First House, representing the self, the person born will be a slayer of enemies original: shatru-hantā.

If the Lord of the Sixth is in the Second House the house of wealth, his wealth will be seized by his son. The phrase "wealth taken by a son" original: putrāttārthaḥ means one whose riches are grasped or taken away by his own offspring; such a person will also be exceedingly wicked.

If this Lord is in the Third House the house of siblings and neighbors, he causes distress to his village. He will also suffer from a disease in the navel original: nābhau rāgī.

If the Lords of the Ascendant and the Eighth House are both located in the Sixth House, the man will suffer from eye disease. Since the word "right" original: vametara, literally "other than left" is used further on, we understand the "left" eye is implied here.

When the Lord of the Sixth comes to the Ascendant, a man indeed becomes a slayer of his foes. In the house of wealth, his riches are taken by his son and he is very wicked. In the house of siblings, he brings grief to his village. ||
He suffers disease in the navel area. If the Lords of the Body and Death the 1st and 8th houses reside in the house of enemies, the man’s eyes are afflicted; the Teacher of the Demons Asurakulaguru: A title for Venus (Shukra) causes disease in the right eye, while the Slow-Moving One Savyaja/Shani: A title for Saturn causes disease in the feet. || 19 ||
If the Enemy of the Lord of Lilies Kumudapati-ripu: Rahu, the shadow planet that "eclipses" the Moon or Ketu is in the sixth house, there is disease in the teeth or the lips. If the Lord of the Ascendant is in a sign of Mars or Mercury and is aspected by a planet, a wound occurs near the seat the anus. If Mars and Saturn original: Bhūmi-Sūryaputrau, "Son of Earth" and "Son of the Sun" are both in the house of enemies, then a man suffers a disease born of them. || 20 ||

If the Lord of the Ascendant stays in a sign of Mars Aries or Scorpio or Mercury Gemini or Virgo and is fully aspected by his own enemy anywhere in the chart, then the person will have a disease near the seat the anus, possibly referring to piles or fistula or in half of the body.

If Mars and Saturn are located in the house of enemies (the sixth house), then a man's disease arises from them. This means: from the "Son of Earth" (Mars) comes a disorder of the blood original: rudhira-vikāra, and from Saturn comes "other" disorders likely wind-based or chronic ailments. || 20 ||
