The lunar mansions of Magha, Mrigashira, Hasta, Swati, Mula, Anuradha, Revati, Rohini, and the three "Uttara" stars Uttara Phalguni, Uttara Ashadha, and Uttara Bhadrapada are auspicious for the following: marriage, the pursuit of knowledge, the wearing of gemstones, and the sowing of all types of seeds.
