If one wishes to see the whole world as one, perform the specific procedure of the Wheel Action Chakri Karma: A purification or meditative technique involving visual or physical circular movement. The eyes become full of light, and within that darkness, all spiritual perfections Siddhis: Extraordinary powers or attainments gained through yoga manifest in the sight. 69.
The wise should take their seat, join both hands, and place them below the navel. Keep the back, neck, and head aligned, and look out toward all directions. 70.
If one rises early for one year to perform this unfathomable practice, many virtues will manifest. Even an unapproachable yogi cannot fully grasp its depth. 71.

The saint who performs the Abdominal Churning Nauli Karma: A yogic cleansing technique involving the isolation and rotation of the abdominal muscles should sit in a secluded place in the Lotus posture original: "pathali," likely referring to Padmasana or a similar crossed-leg seat. Place both hands upon the knees and keep the waist and back straight. 72.

Churn the navel and its surroundings; gathering your skill and strength, create a lock referring to a Bandha or energetic lock used to direct internal energy to control the left Ida: The lunar energy channel and right Pingala: The solar energy channel channels. 73.
