When the Lord of the Sky original: gaganapati; the 10th house is the "sky" or zenith of the zodiac resides in the Sky original: gaganagato; the 10th house itself, it creates a highly praised man. He receives abundant happiness from his mother’s side of the family and is exceptionally skilled in bringing plans to fruition. 10

If the Lord of the Sky original: ambara; another term for the 10th house takes refuge in the House of Gains original: lābhāśrite; the 11th house, the person is well-behaved, long-lived, and eloquent in speech. 11

When the Lord of the Sky original: vyomapatau stays in the House of Loss original: vyayasaṃsthe; the 12th house, he depends on his own strength original: nijabalaḥ yet performs good deeds. He may be focused on serving the ruler, but if a malefic planet original: pāpakhage is present, he wanders in foreign lands. 12

Thus ends the results of the Lord of the Tenth House. Karmeshaphalam (the fruit of the Lord of Action)

When the Lord of Gains original: lābhapatau; the 11th lord, governing income and desires is located in the Ascendant original: lagnagate; the 1st house, the person may be short-lived but is endowed with strength. Though he may suffer from illness, he is a lover of charity, beloved by the people, and fortunate. He attains gains from his very childhood. 1

When the Lord of Gains moves into the House of Wealth original: vittagate; the 2nd house, he gains through his own arms original: utpanna bhujo; through personal effort. He eats moderately and may have a shorter lifespan. If a cruel planet is present, he might be a thief of the wealth of others, yet he remains possessed of riches. 2

When the Lord of Gains is in the Third House original: sahajagate; the house of siblings and effort, he protects his relatives and women, is a knower of all matters, and is affectionate toward his kin. 3

Similarly, if the Lord of Gains is well-placed, he is long-lived and remains devoted to his father. He is constantly engaged in his duties original: karmanirataḥ and becomes a man of great profit. 4

When the Lord of Gains goes to the House of Children original: tanayagato; the 5th house, there is mutual affection between father and son. His son may earn a living through trade or agriculture. 5

When the Lord of Gains goes to the House of Enemies original: śatrugate; the 6th house, the person is swift but his body may be afflicted by long-standing diseases. He may suffer loss at the hands of thieves. If a cruel planet is there, he stays in the company of the ruler. 6

When the Lord of Gains is in the Seventh House, he is radiant and endowed with the wealth of good character. He attains a high position, is long-lived, and consistently applies himself to his work. 7
