...[He who is] broad-chested and has a very high, protruding chest, and whose armpits are broad, will have many sons
and wives. With broad feet, he shall remain constantly happy. 13 And,
through the four "glossinesses" original: "sneha" — in this context, it refers to a healthy, oily, or lustrous quality of the body parts, which was considered a sign of vitality and good karma., good fortune is attained. By the glossiness of the feet, [one attains] food; by the
glossiness of the skin, good fortune; and by the glossiness of the feet, [one attains] awakening original: "bodhanam" — this may also imply awareness or intellectual clarity.. 14 For one whose
hands are not hardened by labor original: "akarma-kathinau" — literally "not hard from work," suggesting a life of high status rather than manual toil. and whose feet are also very soft—if this is the case
for a woman, and her feet are well-formed, her happiness increases. 15 By a long
penis, poverty [is indicated]; by a thick penis, one is sorrowful; by a thin
penis, good fortune; and by a short penis, one becomes a king original: "bhūpati" — literally "Lord of the Earth.". 16 3
This section transitions into chiromancy (palmistry). If, by the strength of the lines, a line starts from the base of the little finger original: "kaniṣṭhāguli"
and reaches the index finger original: "tarjunī" without being broken, a lifespan of
one hundred years should be predicted. If a line proceeds from the region of
the little finger, and there are many such lines, [it indicates] a worldly
disposition but a poverty of wealth. A [clear] line [in this area] also indicates happiness in youth.
