Having drawn the Saturn Wheel in the form of a human original: "narakaram"; a common astrological technique of mapping celestial influence onto the human body, one should count from the star Nakshatra; one of the 27 lunar mansions where Saturn original: "Shauri"; a common name for Saturn as the son of the Sun god, Surya is currently positioned. By finding where the person's birth star lies within this map, one may know the good and bad fortune to come.
One star is placed in the mouth, three in the right [arm], three in the feet original: "shat-pade"; literally "six-feet," perhaps referring to the legs and feet combined, and three in the left [arm]. Five stars are in the heart, three in the head, and [two] in the eyes.
With two in the mouth and two in the [nose/breath], there is a loss of gain; two in the teeth [and] two in the left hand. There is no doubt that one is then freed from the pain of Saturn.
[Next], where the star of Rahu the North Node of the Moon, depicted as a dragon's head is located: starting from that star, [the count is as follows]. One should place five stars in the right and left [arms/hands], and three in the head. Place two stars in the [eyes?], seven in the heart, and one in the mouth. One should assign five to the left hand original: "vama-kare"; possibly an error in the transcription as it repeats the earlier count and one in the navel. Three stars should be given to the private parts.
This is remembered as the Rahu Wheel. In the feet, there will be loss or injury. There is distress original: "santapo"; burning or mental heat in the right hand. In the head...
