...in the [head], one encounters fear; in the heart, there is no attainment of wealth. In the mouth, there is distress and destruction; death occurs if [the star falls] in the left hand. If located in the navel, it leads to total ruin and the loss of any home acquired. Thus ends the Rahu Wheel; the divinatory map of the North Node of the Moon.
Now, one should state the results of the flaws associated with the body part in which Ketu The South Node of the Moon, often depicted as a headless celestial body resides.
Two [stars] in the eyes bring passion and grief; five in the mouth lead to gain. Five are traditionally said to be in the crown of the head. In this Ketu Wheel, [if the birth star falls] in the right hand, it bestows fame. However, the five stars in the left hand always bring fear and disease. One star in the navel leads to destruction and makes the home a place of death. Six stars placed above in the feet cause the destruction of wealth. Thus, the Ketu Wheel is completed by the wise, as it arises within one's own body. Thus ends the Ketu Wheel.
Thus the Wheel of the Nine Planets is complete; may it be auspicious.
By the command of Lord Shiva original: "shiva-ajñaya"; implying the following omens are divine laws, if a crow original: "vayasah"; a common Sanskrit term for a crow or raven stays or lands [upon a person], that human faces death and the loss of wealth; of this, there is no doubt.
The Great Garuda said:
"O Blessed One, Supreme Lord original: "parameshvarah"; referring to Shiva, I wish to hear what you have spoken. A doubt has arisen in me: what are the effects of Kaka-vishta; crow droppings falling upon the head, the neck, the arms, the bladder, the belly, the middle of the body, or the abdomen? What are these signs called?"
The Lord replied:
"Death is to be understood if it falls on the head. If on the neck, it signifies the destruction of wealth. Death is also predicted if it falls on the heart. If in the region of the belly, it signifies ruin; if on the back, it indicates harm to the father original: "pitri-ghatane"; can also refer to ancestors or the lineage. If on the abdomen, one attains disease; it indicates the end of life and the destruction of sons. If on the feet..."
