When the Moon is in its twelfth division original: "dvādaśāṃśa," a 2.5-degree sub-division of a zodiac sign and the time of birth falls within a ninth division original: "navāṃśa," a 3-degree 20-minute sub-division of a dual sign original: "dvideheke." Dual or common signs include Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces., and the most powerful planet is exceptionally strong, then twins are born. || 18 ||

The portions of the ninth division traversed by the Ascendant original: "tanu," literally "the body," referring to the first house or rising sign and the portions of the ninth division traversed by the Moon should be considered.
