The lords of the third Tri, eleventh Lābha, sixth Ripu, and eighth Mṛtyu houses are the givers of sorrow and the destroyers of offspring. Even if a planet is naturally auspicious Śubha, it will not bestow good results during its major planetary period Daśā or its transit Gocara [if it rules these specific houses]. || 61 ||

The blemish usually associated with the Lord of the Eighth House Aṣṭamādhipatī-doṣa; a malefic influence caused by the house of death does not apply to Libra Tulā or Aries Meṣa original: "tulāmeṣe"; in these signs, the 8th lord is also the lord of the Ascendant, neutralizing the bad luck. Similarly, the blemish of the sixth house the house of enemies and illness does not cause harm to Scorpio Ali or Leo original: "nṛpamepi", literally "for the king", often used as a synonym for Leo/Siṃha. || 62 ||

The Lords of the Ascendant and the house of wealth Lagna and Vitta; 1st and 2nd houses, as well as the lords of the fourth and fifth houses [are significant]. The two malefic lords [are] of the seventh the house of the spouse, the sixth enemies, the eighth death, and the ninth Bhāgya; fortune. || 63 ||

When the Lords of the ninth Dharma and tenth Karma houses, or the lord of one's own gain [11th] and the lord of expenditure Rippha; a technical term for the 12th house original: "rippha" is derived from the Greek word 'rhīphē' are considered; or when the lord of the body Tanū; the 1st house and the lord of gain [11th] are joined, this is known as the "Union of Great Fortune" Puñjalolābha-yoga. This combination makes one a servant of the king or a commander of an army Camūpaka. || 64 ||

This is also spoken of as a "Royal Union" Rāja-yoga for a minister Amātya or regarding a spouse. A royal union involving the seventh, eighth, and ninth houses [can lead to] two lands, but also to debt Ṛṇa and expenditure Vyaya. || 65 ||

Loss of wealth Vitta-hāni through hundreds of avenues—these planetary combinations Yoga and others are always to be remembered. Whether these planets are placed in each other's houses, or each in its own house, or joined together, they [should be examined]. || 66 ||
