The twenty-eight Yogas are: Bliss (Ananda), Rod of Time (Kaladanda), Smoke (Dhuma), Lord of Creatures (Prajapatya), Creator (Dhata), Banner (Dhvaja), Beloved of Fortune (Srivatsa), Thunderbolt (Vajra), Mallet (Mudgara), Parasol (Chatra), Friendly (Maitra), Mental (Manasa), Desirable (Kamya), Conversation (Alapaka), Uprooting (Unmula), Death (Mrityu), One-Eyed (Kana), Perfected (Siddha), Auspicious (Shubham), Nectar (Amritam), Elephant (Gaja), Pestle (Mushala), Great Elephant (Matanga), Decay (Kshaya), Moving (Chara), Fixed (Sthira), and Increasing (Pravardha).
In Bliss original: "Ananda", there shall be the gain of wealth. In Night of Time original: "Kalaratri", likely synonymous with Kaladanda, there is great fear. In Smoky original: "Dhaumya", there shall be prosperity of wealth. In the Lord of Creatures original: "Prajapatya", there is the happiness of offspring. In the Gentle original: "Saumya", there is success in all actions. In the Creator original: "Dhata", one should assign the gain of physical goods. In the Banner original: "Dhvaja", there is the arrival of clothing, knowledge, women, leather, and gems.
In the Thunderbolt original: "Vajre", there is fear of lightning and weapons. In the Mallet original: "Mudgare", there is fear of death. In the Parasol original: "Chatre", there is prosperity of all goals. In the Friendly original: "Maitri", there is a meeting with friends. In the Mental original: "Manase", one should know the gain of a wife. In Desire original: "Kame", the attainment of one's wishes. In Conversation original: "Alapake", there shall be gain. In Uprooting original: "Unmule", there is the destruction of wealth.
At the time of Death original: "Mrityu", one encounters death. In the One-Eyed original: "Kane", there is the destruction of limbs. The Perfected original: "Siddha" combination is proclaimed to bring success in all purposeful actions. In the Auspicious original: "Shubha", fear of disease is abandoned. In the one called Nectar original: "Amrita", there is the destruction of enemies. In the Elephant original: "Gaja", there is splendor and gems. In the Pestle original: "Mushala", the arrival of quarrels. In the Great Elephant original: "Matanga", the obtaining of a tusker. In Decay original: "Kshaya", there will be sickness. In the Moving original: "Chara", one should perform activities involving travel. In the Fixed original: "Sthira", stability increases. In the Increasing original: "Pravardhamana", there is always a continuous growth of grain.
