And this shall be your physical sign original: abhijñānam; a diagnostic mark or omen: you will experience a pleasant sensation in your right side original: dakṣiṇam; the twitching of the right eye or arm was traditionally considered a lucky omen for men in ancient India.

When there is a four at the beginning, a one in the middle, and a four at the end:

By the divine arrangement original: devā-urū-kalpataḥ, this is a good result; this roll has fallen well for you. It is firmly established. Anxiety exists regarding two matters, but their fulfillment is possible within a month. The arrival of wealth and a reunion with kinsmen will also occur within a single month. There will be health in your body and that which you desired in your mind shall be achieved. Therefore, praise this entire outcome; your fruit [result] will surely manifest.
