Having considered the signs of misfortune Arishta: an astrological term for planetary combinations indicating ill-health or death as they are described in the Lagna Sangraha Lagna Sangraha: "Compendium of the Ascendant," a reference to a standard astrological text, one sees that a malefic combination results in misfortune, while an auspicious combination results in good fortune. || 44 ||
