Ocean of Victory in War

He spoke:

In proper order, I shall clearly relate to you the characteristics of all the charts chakras and the qualities of those who are absorbed in them, O beloved of the world. Whosoever among men desires to know the rising of the breath original: "Swarodayam"; the practice of observing the flow of breath through the nostrils to determine auspicious timing.... he becomes like the infinite sky, O Parvati. At what time does the Blessed One shine? Through the vision of the breath, one may disregard all auspicious and inauspicious omens nimittas on one side, and focus solely on the mind’s stillness.

In the gathering of armies, in the excitement of the battlefield, or amidst the loud shouts of disputants, one who is successful in this practice remains prosperous. Conversely, when omens are reversed, one should seek atonement for oneself.

The movements of the planets and the various stations of the stars are all seen within this science. The favorable rising of Aries and the other signs is seen always in the five pathways of the breath. He who is an expert in the practice of yoga yogābhyāsa... such people who are endowed with this knowledge and focused on the correct time are rarely seen. Therefore, I have shown this here in great detail... the chariot of fire... the piercing of the middle path... thus says the scripture. it is so
