10 When Rahu is situated in the Tenth House Karma-sthana; the house of profession, honors, and public life, the individual encounters great toil and many hardships original: "bhuri-kashta" in their endeavors. Despite their efforts, the rewards are often diminished by these persistent difficulties.
11 When this planet is positioned in the Eleventh House Labha-sthana; the house of gains and ambitions, it brings some measure of joy and the support of friends. However, even while providing gains, it may cause a certain vanity or pride in the individual. They may suffer from ailments of the face or mouth, yet they are seen to possess a certain vigor, like that of the Ashvins The twin divine physicians of Vedic mythology, symbolizing health and swiftness.
12 In the Twelfth House Vyaya-sthana; the house of expenditure, loss, and the subconscious, Rahu disturbs the peace of the proud. From this position, it causes injuries to the feet, particularly to the toes and nails, perhaps through a scorpion sting original: "vrischika-vamsha" or similar sharp pain. Furthermore, it creates trouble and obstacles arising from the Mleccha original: "mleccha-varga"; a term historically used to refer to foreigners, outsiders, or those living outside the traditional Vedic social order classes.
Thus ends the results of Rahu.
Now follows the analysis of Ketu The "South Node" of the Moon, often depicted as a headless body; in Vedic astrology, it represents spirituality, detachment, and karmic accumulations.
1 For one whose Ascendant Lagna; the sign rising on the eastern horizon at the moment of birth is occupied by Ketu, the head is frequently afflicted with pain. Such a person finds that wealth and happiness do not remain steady; they seem to vanish or slip away. Physically, the individual tends to have a lean or emaciated frame original: "krishangi", though they may possess a common or simple appearance.
2 When Ketu is joined in the Second House Dhana-bhava; the house of accumulated wealth and speech, the person suffers the loss of their riches. Their speech becomes harsh, cruel, or deceptive original: "vaca-krura". They are prone to physical ailments such as eruptive boils or the discharge of blood, which causes great mental agony. This placement also agitates the Pitta One of the three "doshas" or bodily humors in Ayurveda, associated with fire, bile, and metabolic heat, leading to digestive or inflammatory disorders.
