Four Leading Doctrines These refer to the four foundational pillars of this theological system: the nature of the Lord, the authority of the Sacred Scripture, the necessity of a good Life, and the true definition of Faith.
New Church Also known as the New Jerusalem Church, this is a Christian movement based on the theological writings of Emanuel Swedenborg (1688–1772), who claimed to provide a new spiritual interpretation of the Bible.
