A full-page geometric diagram consists of a lattice of intersecting arcs that create vertical pointed ovals, known as the vesica piscis or fish bladder shape. At the top center of the grid is a sketch of a five-lobed vine leaf. Within the compartments of the grid and along the top, there are numerous sets of vertical strokes and dots arranged in four tiers. These represent geomantic figures used for divination. A double-line border encloses the entire diagram.
