All these things included in the present tax census, or part thereof, shall apply only to whatever assets or persons that may be, or may reside, both from the city and in the city or district of Florence, as well as in any other city, land, castle, village, or place where the commune of Florence has, or might have, preeminence, lordship, or jurisdiction, and not in others.
