In the bottom right corner, there is a faint pencil mark, which appears to be a decorative flourish or perhaps the letter C.

The page shows significant bleed-through bleed-through: a condition where ink from the reverse side of a page seeps through the paper, making it visible as a faint or mirrored image on the front. The rectangular outlines and fragments of text visible across the surface are not original to this side, but are impressions from the writing on the reverse side of the leaf.
