Fineleaf Schizonepeta leaf 1 mace, 5 fen original: 荊芥葉 (Jīngjiè yè). Used to release the exterior and vent rashes.

Decoct in one bowl of water and take several doses urgently; there are none that will not resolve internally To "resolve internally" (內消, nèixiāo) means the swelling or abscess disappears without needing to burst or be drained.. If one fails to treat it and it reaches the stage of ulceration and rotting, it will consume much time and many days. However, if one is willing to take this formula, it will not result in major ulceration.
Garden burnet root 2 mace original: 地榆 (Dìyú). Known for cooling the blood and stopping bleeding.
Snakegourd root 1 mace original: 天花粉 (Tiānhuāfěn). Used to clear heat and reduce swelling.

Raw licorice root 1 mace original: 生甘草 (Shēng gāncǎo). Used to harmonize herbs and clear heat.
Hibiscus leaf 14 leaves original: 芙蓉葉 (Fúróng yè). Often used in poultices to "draw out" toxins and reduce inflammation.
Fresh dandelion one handful original: 蒲公英 (Púgōngyīng). A potent herb for clearing "fire-toxins" and treating abscesses.
Grind the dry ingredients into a powder and crush the fresh herbs to extract their juice. Mix them together and apply the paste; then the toxin will not spread and will resolve naturally from within.
