original: "Siku Quanshu" (四庫全書). Commissioned by the Qianlong Emperor in 1772, this was the largest collection of books in Chinese history, intended to encompass all major works of literature, history, and science.
original: "Zibu" (子部). This is one of the four traditional divisions of Chinese literature. While "Classics" and "History" cover the Confucian core and the past, the "Masters" category includes works on philosophy, military strategy, medicine, astronomy, and the arts.
