Treatise on Military PreparednessOriginal Chinese title: 武備志 (Wubizhi). Compiled by the scholar Mao Yuanyi in 1621 during the Ming Dynasty, this is the most extensive military encyclopedia in Chinese history. It covers a vast range of topics including strategy, weaponry, fortress construction, and even includes the famous "Mao Kun map" showing the voyages of Admiral Zheng He.
