Collected Illustrations of the Three Realms: Architecture

The "Three Powers" (Sancai) refers to the traditional Chinese cosmological framework encompassing Heaven, Earth, and Humanity. This title, Sancai Tuhui, identifies the work as a comprehensive encyclopedia intended to illustrate every aspect of the known world. Compiled by the scholars Wang Qi and his son Wang Siyi during the Ming Dynasty (published around 1609), it remains one of the most important visual records of the era's science, history, and daily life.
