Imperially Commissioned Complete Library of the Four Treasuries original: "欽定四庫全書" (Qinding Siku Quanshu). This was the largest collection of books in Chinese history, commissioned by the Qing dynasty to preserve scholarly works.

This table provides the mantissa (the decimal part) of logarithms. To find the full logarithm, one combines the "Lead Digits" (the first four decimal places) with the "Final Digits" (the following seven). The integer part, which would be 4 for these numbers, is omitted for brevity. For example, the logarithm of 27101 is 4.43304340670.
