Fish Mint

Fish Mint Jicai (蕺菜): Houttuynia cordata This plant is widely known in East Asia as "Fish Mint" or "Heartleaf" due to its distinctive fishy aroma and heart-shaped foliage. It is used both as a culinary green in southwestern China and as a medicinal herb for treating respiratory issues and inflammation.
