LIGHT ON PHYSICAL YOGA original: "HATHA YOGA PRADIPIKA." Hatha refers to the yoga of physical discipline (literally "force" or "effort"), and Pradipika means "light," "lamp," or "illuminator." This is one of the most influential surviving texts on the subject, originally composed in the 15th century.
