The third is the Silesia Department original: 細勒西 (Xilexi); its capital city is Breslau original: 北勒斯勞 (Beilesilao).

The fourth is the Posen Department original: 波森 (Bosen); its capital city is also named Posen.

The fifth is the Prussia Department original: 布魯西亞 (Bulu-xiya); referring here specifically to the province of East/West Prussia; its capital city is Königsberg original: 哥尼斯北爾 (Genisi-bei'er).
