...but being present in such a way, one will admire the leader, having taken up the assurance of your presence. For the grace in you, the active power of God, while no longer dispersing, does not merely admire; the wonders that arise from your presence provide justice. And while being admired, it is not only present in human bodies, but [God] has rendered His own wonders for you. And God will not do such things for Himself; but the benefactor [does them] merely, and [causes us] to bring our bodies before one another. And not only...

H The amnesty, for me and for those who provide me with such oracles for humanity, while being carried about invisibly, [is] so much the more [a source of] reverence from them, and care, so that through piety there might be friendship, to learn from the gods, having known [them]. And being taught virtue in the ways [that come] from them.
D For this reason, as for the good, I pray to be saved by the gods, making the time [that we spend] suffering and living a teacher. For the one who [is] many... me, the sheep...
