Group γ includes the following: C, G, H, I, K, L, R, U. The same classification of these manuscripts holds good for the De Mundi Opificio On the Creation of the World, as Dr. L. Cohn points out in the preface of his edition. My symbols β and γ correspond to his a and b in the pedigree of the manuscript sources which he provides on page 21 of his Prolegomena de Codicibus Introduction to the Manuscripts.
The intimate way in which the members of groups β and γ hang together is exhibited in the following tables, which are not, of course, exhaustive. In the first table, the peculiarities of β are shown. In it, the first column gives the readings of all the other Greek codices as well as those which are implied by the Armenian and Latin versions. The second column has the readings of β:
