Eat heavenly Manna Manna: the bread from heaven provided to the Israelites in the desert, here symbolizing spiritual nourishment through the Eucharist or Word of God. that strengthens you in trials and struggles;
Just as the soul is cleansed of spiritual defects through spirit and fire, this baptism serves as a sign of that cleansing.
