A square bookplate, or Ex Libris, is printed in blue ink and pasted onto light-colored paper. The plate features a complex border of nested triangles. Within this border is a circular composition. The outermost ring of the circle contains the twelve signs of the zodiac, interspersed with symbols for the planets and alchemical elements including the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn. In the four corners outside the zodiac ring are various symbols. The top left corner shows a Star of David with a central circle. The top right features an Ouroboros, a snake eating its own tail, encircling a small swastika. The bottom left contains another swastika, and the bottom right shows an Ankh, the Egyptian symbol of life. The central scene depicts an Egyptian temple facade with two tall obelisks and a radiant sun with a face above it. In the left foreground, a sphinx rests upon a plinth. Three lines of Greek text appear to the right of the sphinx. Ownership text is placed at the bottom of the plate, flanking the central circle.
