Vittorio Emanuele III Refers to the king of Italy, whose name was associated with the National Library in Naples.

A large rectangular bookplate, tilted counter-clockwise. It features a central illustration of a prancing horse. To the left is the word "Armadio" and to the right "Palchetto". At the bottom is the phrase "Num.º d'ordine". The plate contains various handwritten shelfmarks.
