RULES FOR THE LIBRARY.

1. The books in the library may be read within the clubrooms by all subscribers, but only members and annual subscribers are entitled to take books out of the club.

2. The title of every work taken out must be written in the register kept for that purpose, along with the name of the member or subscriber, and the dates on which the book is checked out and returned.

3. No member or subscriber is allowed to take out more than four volumes at one time during the winter season, or more than ten volumes during the summer.

4. Every book taken out must be returned to the library within a fortnight, if requested.

5. Any damage done to a book must be paid for.
