The deeper we dig into the subject, the more we are impressed by the universal principle of action and reaction that is so apparent in all phenomena original: "phenomena"; here referring to observable events or natural occurrences.. The mind acts upon the body; the body reacts upon the mind. Cause and effect become blurred, and the reasoning becomes circular—like a ring, it has no beginning and no end. Its beginning may be any place we prefer, and its ending likewise.
