In this book, I speak of the human aura and its colors as being perceived through astral or clairvoyant vision, because this is how the occultist: someone who studies hidden or spiritual realities perceives and studies it. Occult teaching suggests that, as the human race evolves, this astral vision will eventually become a common ability for every human being. In fact, it exists even now and only needs development to be perfected.

However, modern physical science is now offering supporting proof original: "corroborative proof" to the general public regarding the existence of the human aura (though such proof is not needed by the occultist who already possesses astral vision).
