Regarding those matters outside

of gold and silver, whether they occur on the lands of the landed gentryoriginal: Landſaſſen; the resident nobility or those holding estates, the lords and the knightly class, or the citizens of Pragueoriginal: Präger; refers to the residents and authorities of both the Old and New Towns of Prague—both in the Old and New Towns—or on other grounds; regarding whatever other lesser metallic and mineral mines may currently exist or may arise in the future, such as tin, copper, mercury, lead, iron, alum, vitriol, and sulfur: these shall be left free to each respective landowner for his own enjoyment of the entire titheoriginal: Zehend; a traditional tax or royalty of one-tenth of the mineral yield paid to a superior authority and other mining rights by virtue of this new agreement. Yet with this express condition: where one or more of these metals contains gold or silver, then from such gold and silver—just as with any other gold and silver—our aforementioned due tithe shall be rendered to us and our successors.
