A large woodcut illustrates the heraldic coat of arms of Ferdinand I, King of Bohemia and Hungary (later Holy Roman Emperor). The central shield is divided into quarters featuring the lions of Bohemia and the horizontal "Hungarian bars." A smaller shield in the center displays the castles and lions of Castile and León. Above the shield sits an ornate, arched royal crown. The entire shield is encircled by the collar of the Order of the Golden Fleece, with the golden ram pendant hanging at the bottom center, physically separating the two columns of the title text.
Handwritten inscription on the right margin, likely a library shelf mark: R 2 . 3
