Is it because, while the other eye is situated according to nature and moves with a more natural motion kinēsin, the damaged eye does not move? And the one who sees perceives similarly that their nature comes from a single base; and for this reason, through the coordinated movement original: "συγκινήσει" (synkinēsei) — the sympathetic movement of both eyes together, the sawing or grinding sensation? original: "πρισμόν" (prismon) — possibly referring to a specific visual distortion or a physical sensation in the socket of the matters original: "χρήματα" (chrēmata) — here referring to bodily substances or humors is a result of the stillness of those parts which are immobile akinētōn. When both eyes are affected in the same way, the afflictions pathē: sufferings or clinical conditions become more moderate; for in both cases, the rest ēremian: stillness or lack of agitation is the cause of the condition. For at the same time, the condition is gentle and is not exacerbated original: "παροξύνεται" (paroxynetai) — literally "sharpened" or made more acute; and thus, from this rest, a rapid recovery of strength original: "ῥῶσιν" (rhōsin) — the restoration of health and vigor occurs.
